摘要
蒸压加气混凝土板组装单元体是将多块AAC条板采用预应力紧固技术和销连接技术组装而成的集成大板,具有整体性好、质量可控、工业化程度高、施工效率高等优势,其作为外围护系统单元应用于装配式建筑具有广阔的发展前景。以AAC板组装单元体为研究对象,分无窗洞口、有窗洞口2种情况,剖析AAC板组装单元体的构造方式、作用机理、运动机制及设计方法,经理论分析、数值模拟、平面推覆试验、振动台试验,系统研究AAC板组装单元体的整体刚度、变形机制、随动变形特性及连接节点性能,为AAC板组装单元体技术应用于100m高层建筑外墙提供了技术支撑,促进了围护系统装配式技术进步。
Autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC)board unit is a panel system which integrates series of AAC boards by using pre-stressing fastening technology and hinge connection technology.The advantages are high level of integrity,quality control,industrial production,construction efficiency,etc.The uses on exterior wallboard system in prefabrication buildings have broad prospects of development.This paper studies two conditions of AAC board unit with and without window opening,and analyzes ways of construction,mechanism of actions and motions,through theoretical analysis,static-load experiment,inplan testing,shake-table experiment,comprehensively assesses its rigidity,deformation mechanisms,dynamic characteristics,and property of joints.It provides technical support for wall cladding system of100 m high rise structure,promotes the development of prefabricated technology for faade system.
