摘要
从高硫石油焦的成浆性、反应活性、灰熔点、可磨性及黏温特性方面对高硫焦气化可行性进行了理论分析,并介绍了高硫石油焦制浆气化的工业化实践情况及经验。结果表明:通过添加助剂、煤、煤灰或其他添加剂的掺烧等措施,水煤浆气化技术采用石油焦作为原料是完全可行的。
This article analyzed the feasibility of high-sulfur petroleum coke gasification through its characteristic such as slurrying ability,reactivity,ash fusion point,grindability and viscosity-temperature characteristics,along with presenting current industrialized practice and experiences on high-sulfur petroleum coke gasification.The conclusion indicates that the petroleum coke as feedstock utilized in coal-slurry gasification technology is quite applicable when combusted together with oxidizing agent,coal,slag,or other additives.
