摘要
通过对大颗粒尿素装置尿素生产过程出现的粒度异常黏结问题的原因分析及排查,采取相应措施,消除了由于设备老化腐蚀导致的尿液泄漏而引起的尿素颗粒异常黏结,确保了产品质量合格率,保证了造粒装置安稳运行。
By analyzing and checking the abnormal particle size and caking appeared in production of large granular urea in urea plant,some measures were taken,such as eliminating the abnormal particle size and caking caused by urine leakage from corrosion of old equipment,to ensure the product quality and guarantee the prilling granulator operated under stable mode.
