黑龙江省玉米产区浅层地下水中莠去津及其代谢产物调查 被引量:5

Investigation on atrazine and its metabolites in shallow groundwater in maize producing areas of Heilongjiang

摘要 目的了解黑龙江省浅层地下水中莠去津及其代谢产物的残留及分布情况,为评价人群暴露水平和环境优先污染物的筛选提供依据。方法在黑龙江省内选择8个玉米产区,以浅层地下水为研究对象,对采集的160份水样进行莠去津及其三种代谢产物的测定。结果莠去津(ATR)检出率为55. 6%,三种代谢产物检出率由高到低依次为脱异丙基莠去津(DIA) 87. 5%、脱乙基莠去津(DEA) 57. 5%、羟基化莠去津(HA) 28. 1%,其中DIA检出率与母体ATR比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=115. 50,P <0. 01),ATR最大检出值为0. 294μg/L,其三种代谢产物的最大检出值均小于ATR。结论黑龙江省玉米产区浅层地下水中存在ATR及其代谢产物的污染,但目前风险较小。 Objective To investigate the residue and distribution of atrazine and its metabolites in shallow groundwater in Heilongjiang,provide the basis for the evaluation of population exposure level and the selection of environmental priority pollutants. Methods Eight maize producing areas were selected in Heilongjiang,and 160 samples of water were collected for the determination of atrazine and its three metabolites. Results The detection rate of atrazine( ATR) 55. 6%,from high to low,the detection rates of the three metabolites were deisopropylatrazine( DIA) 87. 5%,deethylatrazine( DEA) 57. 5% and hydroxyatrazine( HA) 28. 1%. The detection rate of deisopropylatrazine( DIA) was compared with that of atrazine( ATR).The difference was statistically significant( χ~2= 115. 50,P < 0. 01). The maximum detectable value of ATR was 0. 294μg/L,The maximum detectable values of three metabolites were less than atrazine( ATR). Conclusion Atrazine and its metabolites are contaminated in the shallow groundwater of maize producing areas in Heilongjiang,but the risk is small at present.
