基层高血压管理在线培训平台的应用

Application of online training platform for basic hypertension management

目的分析基层高血压管理在线培训平台的运行现状,评价其应用效果,为探索适宜哈尔滨市的高血压防治模式,制定科学可行的高血压防控策略提供依据。方法应用国家心血管病中心开发的在线培训管理平台,于2018年对哈尔滨市九区、九县基层医疗卫生机构的8 550名医生开展高血压防控管理在线培训工作,计量资料比较采用单样本t检验,培训前后效果采用配对t检验进行分析。结果在线培训合格比例为78. 13%;在线培训完成时长平均为(11. 5±7. 2)天;只进行1次在线培训即通过认证考试的人数占86. 12%;转诊与随访、诊断与评估、治疗原则及降压、综合干预、生活方式干预、血压测量、药物治疗等知识在线培训后的正确率均较培训前有所提高(P <0. 05)。结论在线培训管理平台可以增强基层医生学习高血压管理知识的自主性及便捷性,构建了高血压患者健康管理服务新模式。

Objective To analyze the operation status of the hypertension online training platform and evaluate its application effect,provide suitable prevention and control mode for the hypertension in Harbin and formulate scientific and feasible hypertension prevention and control strategies. Methods The online training and management platform of medicine developed by the national cardiovascular disease center was used to conduct the online training of hypertension prevention and control management for 8 550 doctors from primary medical and health institutions in 9 districts and 9 counties of Harbin. Single sample t test was used for comparison of measurement data. Paired t test was used to analyze the effect before and after training. Results The qualified proportion of the online training was 78. 13%. The average completion time of online training was 11. 50 ± 7. 16 day;the number of people who passed the certification examination after only one online training accounted for 86. 12%. The correct rate of referral and follow-up,diagnosis and evaluation,treatment principles and hypotension,comprehensive intervention,lifestyle intervention,blood pressure measurement,drug treatment and other knowledge points after the online training were improved than before the training( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Online training management platform increases the learning autonomy and convenience of basic level doctors,and constructs a new mode of health management service for patients with hypertension.
