前列腺癌现代中医平衡论治理论体系探讨

Elucidating modern theoretical system of equilibrium-based therapeutics upon traditional Chinese medicine in prostate cancer

前列腺癌是威胁老年男性健康与寿命的重大疾病,随着中国进入老龄化社会和现代肿瘤诊疗技术的提高,我国前列腺癌发病率呈快速上升趋势,成为影响我国医药卫生健康领域的重要问题。内分泌治疗是目前晚期前列腺癌的首选治疗方案,然而这种以雄激素剥夺为手段的方法,不仅破坏了男性“先天之精”和“阴平阳秘”的内环境稳态,带来一系列影响健康相关生活质量的不良反应,也使肿瘤最终不可避免的获得去势抵抗的恶性转化。笔者受《黄帝内经》正邪虚实、阴平阳秘和以平为期等理念的启迪,充分把握前列腺癌现代医学治疗的现状和挑战,不断总结中医药治疗前列腺癌的疗效与优势,在继承和借鉴传统中医学的理念精髓基础上,创新发展前列腺癌现代中医“平衡论治”理论体系,为前列腺癌患者提供最佳中医诊疗方案。

Prostate cancer is a vital disease that threatens the health and longevity of older men.Nowadays,as China being an aging society and the improvement of modern technology of tumor diagnosis and treatment,the morbidity of prostate cancer and the number of prostate cancer survivors are both rising rapidly,making it an important issue in the field of healthcare in China.Endocrine therapy,a treatment mode viadeprivation of androgens,is the first-line treatment for advanced prostate cancer.However,it will not only destroy the homeostasis of male‘congenital essence’and‘yin and yang in equilibrium’,which brings a series of side effects that influence the quality of life,but also inevitably lead to the malignant transformation of castration resistance.We were previously inspired by the theories of excess or deficiency condition of healthy qi and pathogenic factors,yin and yang in equilibrium,as well as struggle for returning to balance.In this paper,we will firstly dissect the current situation and existing problems of modern treatment,followed by summarizing the effects and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in prostate cancer.Furthermore,we will explore and elucidate in-depththeoretical origin and core connotation of equilibrium-based therapy,and finally create a modern paradigm of traditional Chinese medicine in prostate cancer.The study will provide scientific basis for establishment of novel diagnosis and therapeutic strategy of traditional Chinese medicine in prostate cancer.
