沙参桔梗汤对急性放射性肺损伤模型大鼠肺组织的病理改变及肺泡炎半定量分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察沙参桔梗汤对急性放射性肺损伤大鼠肺组织的病理改变及肺泡炎半定量评分的影响,探讨其治疗放射性肺损伤的有效性。方法:将108只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,激素组,中药低、中、高剂量组,每组18只。用6mV、X线对除正常组外的5组大鼠进行单次总剂量20Gy全胸照射,分别于照射后第14、28天各组随机选取9只大鼠处死并取材,取右肺中叶,HE染色,观察光镜下病理改变、肺泡炎评分。结果:中药各组大鼠的肺支气管上皮细胞变性不明显,肺泡壁增宽、炎症细胞浸润、间质血管扩张程度均较模型组明显改善。与模型组比较,第28天各给药组肺泡炎半定量评分均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:沙参桔梗汤治疗急性期放射性肺损伤疗效确切。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Shashen Jiegeng Decoction on the pathological changes of lung tissue and the score of alveolar inflammation in acute stage of radiation induced lung injury in rats.Methods:A total of 108 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,hormone group,TCM low,medium,high dosage groups,18 rats in each group.20Gy/1f,6mV,X-ray was used to treat 5 groups of rats except the normal group.The radiation area is whole chest.Nine rats of each group were randomly selected for sacrifice on the 14th day and 28th days after irradiation,keep the middle lobe of right lung and hematoxylin-eosin staining,observe pathological changes and alveolar insemi-quantitative scoring.Results:The degeneration of pulmonary bronchial epithelial cells in TCM groups were not obvious,the alveolar wall widened,inflammatory cell infiltration and interstitial vasodilation were significantly improved compared with the model group.Compared with the model group,on the 28th days,the degree of alveolar inflammation of each treatment group significantly decreased in each group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Shashen Jiegeng Decoction is effective in the treatment of acute stage of radiation induced lung injury.
