王彦晖治疗天疱疮的临床经验探析

Experience of WANG Yan-hui in the treatment of pemphigus

天疱疮为一组累及皮肤黏膜的自身免疫性表皮内水疱的大疱性皮肤病。文章总结了王彦晖教授治疗天疱疮的临床经验。王教授基于中西医理论来认识天疱疮的病因病机,以象、症结合的状态辨治为主,注重症状和舌、脉象的及时反馈以调整天疱疮的用药。并附临证典型病案1则以展示王教授治疗天疱疮的思路。

Pemphigus is an autoimmune epidermal blister skin disease involving the skin’s mucosa.This article summarizes professor WANG Yan-hui’s clinical experience in the treatment of pemphigus.Based on the theories of Chinese and western medicine,professor WANG understood the etiology and pathogenesis of pemphigus,and focused on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of pemphigus by combining manifestation and symptoms.He paid attention to the timely feedback of symptoms and manifestation of tongue and pulse to adjust the medication.Finally,a typical medical case was list to show professor WANG’s thoughts on treating pemphigus.
