詹强“平秘论”学术思想在推拿临床中的运用

詹强教授精研《黄帝内经》“阴平阳秘”思想,并结合自身多年临床经验,提出指导疾病预防与治疗的“平秘论”学术思想。该学术思想广泛指导临床诊治,并经长期实践总结,现已形成以“平秘论”为总纲,以“激发”“三部三层”“经痹点”三大理论为要点的“平秘”推拿法。文章通过总结“平秘”推拿法理论内涵及运用范畴,结合典型医案,系统介绍“平秘论”学术思想在推拿临床中的运用。

Professor ZHAN Qiang has studied the thought of‘relative equilibrium of yin-yang’in Huangdi Neijing and combined with his experience for decades in clinic,he put forward the academic thinking of‘pingmi theory’to guide the prevention and the treatment of the diseases.This academic thinking,which widely instructs the clinical diagnosis and the treatment,has been formed into the‘pingmi theory’as the general outline after a long-term practical summary.It has three vital theories,which are‘arouse’,‘three parts and three layers’and‘jingbi point’.This paper,including typical cases,summarizes the theoretical connotation and application scope of the‘pingmi’tuina on the purpose of systematically introducing the application of the academic thought of‘pingmi theory’in clinical practice.
