ZHANG Li-shan’s treatment of interstitial lung disease with Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction

补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤是李东垣代表方,用于治疗各种以脾胃虚弱、阴火上炎为病机特点的疾病,临床上许多间质性肺病的症状表现与补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤病机相合,张立山教授用此方辨证论治间质性肺病取得了满意疗效。文章通过病案分析探讨补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤方证特点及其治疗间质性肺病的内在机制。

Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction is the representative of LI Dong-yuan.It is used to treat various diseases characterized by spleen and stomach weakness and yin fire inflammation.The clinical manifestation of many interstitial lung diseases matches with the pathogenesis of the decoction,and professor ZHANG Li-shan has achieved satisfactory results by using it for the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of interstitial lung disease.In this paper,the characteristics of the Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction and its intrinsic mechanism for the treatment of interstitial lung disease were explored through case analysis.
