“五经配伍”治疗内伤头痛探析

Analysis on‘compatibility of five channels’methods in treating headache caused by internal damage

文章根据湖湘针推学术流派所总结的“五经配伍”“针经治脏”的中医学术思想指导治疗内伤头痛,辨证论治,以五脏为核心,兼顾本经及所对应的母经、子经、我克经、克我经,此为“大五经”,根据五行间生克制化的关系“调五经”,体现了整体论治的基本原则。此法为临床治疗内伤头痛提供了新的指导性思路。

This article guided the treatment of headaches caused by internal damage by the academic thoughts of Huxiang acupuncture academic school on‘five main and collateral channels compatibility’and‘acupuncture treatment of viscera disease’.This academic thought focused on the five internal organs,treating based on syndrome differentiation,taking the original channel,the son channel,the mother channel,the conquering meridian,and the conquered meridian into account which was called‘big five channels’.Adjusting the five channels according to interpromotion and interrestraint of the five elements,which reflected the principle of a holistic view.This ideological system provides a new method for clinical treatment of headaches caused by internal damage.
