PAO40腐蚀原因分析及解决措施

摘要 分析PAO40可能产生腐蚀的原因,通过对比,发现PAO40基础油及其所使用添加剂对其腐蚀均未有影响,但不同工艺条件下所产出的PAO40基础油与添加剂的适用性上会有所不同,表现在其润滑油品内在性能上就是其腐蚀不合格,说明PAO40基础油内在组成上对润滑油有影响。通过分析PAO40基础油腐蚀可能产生的原因,确认唯一可产生腐蚀的是油品中含有的氯离子,因此通过对中和反应工艺条件的优化来降低氯离子含量,以最终实现PAO40调合而成的润滑油产品满足成品油指标要求。 Possible corrosion reasons of PAO40 were analyzed. By comparison,it was found that PAO40 base oil and its additives have no effect on its corrosion,but the applicability of PAO40 base oils produced under different process conditions and additives will be different. It showed that the intrinsic properties of PAO40 base oil are the only reason for the failure of lubricant corrosion. Based on the analysis of possible causes of PAO40 base oil corrosion,it was confirmed that chloride ion is the only cause of oil corrosion. Therefore,the chloride ion content is reduced by optimizing the neutralization reaction process conditions. Then,the lubricating oil product blended with PAO40 can meet the index requirements of the finished oil.
