关于润滑油硫酸盐灰分检测方法的研究与应用

Research and Application of Lubricating Oil Sulfate Ash Detection Methods

为解决润滑油硫酸盐灰分检测方法存在的人为因素影响较大、分析速度较慢、对环境和人员健康影响较大等问题,提出一种新型的检测方法。先采用X荧光光谱仪测定润滑油中磷、钙、锌的含量,然后通过数学函数计算得到润滑油硫酸盐灰分的含量。该检测方法测量速度快,操作简单、方便,测量结果准确、可靠、重复性好。

In order to solve the problems existing in the national standard detection method for lubricating oil sulfate ash,such as the great influence of human factors,the slow analysis speed,and the great impact on the environment and human health,a new detection method was proposed. Firstly,the content of phosphorus,calcium and zinc in lubricating oil was determined by X fluorescence spectrometer,and then the content of sulfate ash in lubricating oil was calculated by mathematical function. This method has the advantages of fast measuring speed,simple and convenient operation,accurate and reliable measurement results and good repeatability.
