论生物计量与质量控制标准战“疫”的作用

Expounding on the Important role of Biometrology and Quality Control Standards in Fighting the Pandemic

近十多年来我国生物技术和生物计量的积累储备,在此次2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情的及时快速准确检测确诊中发挥了积极的作用。在灾难预防领域,可测量的才是可以预防的,但凡涉及测量,就会要求准确性和一致性。核酸、蛋白质(抗原、抗体)检测,需要生物计量与标准的支撑。生物计量与标准化紧密结合,目的是获得可靠的测量结果,使标准的结果可检验,过程可复现,进而实现对检测(产品)质量信赖。本文将主要以此次COVID-19防控检测为例,阐述病毒检测过程中生物计量与质量控制标准的作用,并提出发展建议。

In the past ten years, China’s biotechnological achievements and accumulated reserves of biometrology have played an active role in the timely, rapid and accurate detection and diagnosis of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19). In the field of disaster prevention, what can be measured is what can be prevented. As far as measurement is concerned, accuracy and consistency will be required. The detection of nucleic acid and protein(antigen and antibody) needs the support of the biometrology traceability and standards. Biometrology and standardization are closely combined to obtain reliable measurement results, so that the results can be tested and the process can be repeated, so as to realize the trust of testing(product) quality. This paper takes the fighting COVID-19 prevention and control detection as an example to show the role of the standards of biological measurement and quality control in the process of virus detection, and puts forward development suggestions.
