The "Last Mile" between Standards and Applications--Taking Face Mask as an Example

我国民众对于口罩的选择一头雾水,客观上造成了"一罩难求"。本文以口罩相关标准为切入点,分析了标准应用在疫情防控期间中存在的供需不平衡问题;并从微观、中观、宏观三个层次,探讨了在防疫工作中充分发挥现有标准和标准体系的作用,以期为解决标准和应用之间"最后一公里"的问题提供参考。

The Chinese people are confused about how to choose mask during the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, which probably has caused the critical shortage of mask. With mask-related standards as the starting point, this article analyzes the supply-demand gap in the application of standards during the epidemic prevention and control. It also explores how to make full play the role of existing standards and standards systems in the epidemic prevention and control from the micro, meso and macro perspectives, providing a reference for solving the "last mile" problem between standards and application.
