摘要
随着公安部"放管服"政策的推进落实,交通管理自助服务终端在"车驾管"窗口业务中发挥了关键支撑作用,使用范围和数量迅速扩大。为了进一步提高产品质量,加强行业管理,本文梳理目前自助服务终端的需求应用,对比产品现状和标准要求,解读行业管理规范,给出产品质量和未来发展的建议,助推交管业务自助服务终端更好发展。
To streamline administration, delegate power improve regulation and optimize services, self-service terminals are used for window services to support traffic management. In order to improve product quality and strengthen industry management, this paper analyzes the classification of product application and differences between existing products and standard requirement, explains relevant standards and specifications, and then provides suggestions on product quality and future development. It will boost development of self-service terminals.
