银餐具中砷、镉、铅迁移量的测定

Determination of Arsenic, Cadmium and Lead Migration in Silver Tableware Tableware

本文采用HPLC-ICP-MS对银勺进行砷、镉、铅迁移量的测试。测试结果表明在中性实验条件下,砷、镉、铅均未检出。在酸性实验条件下,检测出了微量的铅元素。对所用银勺进行杂质元素含量测试,结果表明其中含有一定量的锑和铅元素。银餐具的安全性,应引起商家和检测机构的足够重视。

The migration of arsenic, cadmium and lead in silver spoon is determined by HPLC-ICP-MS. The results show that arsenic, cadmium and lead are not detected under neutral experimental conditions. Under acidic conditions, trace amounts of lead are detected. The content of impurity elements in silver spoon is tested, the results show that there are some antimony and lead elements in the spoon. The safety of silver tableware should be paid enough attention by merchants and testing institutions.
