基于神经网络的水库标准化管理体系与评估

Basing on MATLAB neural network reservoir standardization management system and evaluation

水库标准化管理评估是监督考核水库管理水平的重要手段.通过进行水库标准化管理评估,可为研判水库管理现状提供数据支撑.本文通过建立水库标准化管理评估指标体系,基于人工神经网络算法,构建了水库标准化管理评估模型.结合实际情况进行对比验证.评估结果表明,建立的BP评估模型计算方法简单、精度较高、适用性强,为水库安全管理考核评价建立一种新的方法,对提高水库安全管理水平有很大的促进作用.

Standardized management evaluation is an important means to improve reservoir management level.Through standardized management evaluation of reservoirs,it can provide technical support for researching and judging the status quo of reservoir management.In this paper,the index system of reservoir standardization management is established,and the artificial neural network method is introduced into the evaluation of reservoir standardization management.The BP neural network algorithm is developed based on MATLAB software,and the evaluation model of reservoir standardization management is constructed.Combined with the actual situation,the comparison and verification are carried out.The calculation results show that the evaluation model established in this paper has the characteristics of simple method,high accuracy,strong applicability,and provides a new theoretical method for reservoir management evaluation.
