摘要
教学模式是指在某种特定教学理念指引下,为达到某种培养目标而形成的相对稳定、具体的教学活动结构。教学模式构建得是否合理直接影响人才培养结果。该文以职业能力开发为教学理念、以“全人格”人才为培养目标,构建了教育模式,该模式涵盖教学内容、教学方法以及教学评价。
Teaching mode refers to a relatively stable and specif ic structure of teaching activities formed under the guidance of a specif ic teaching concept in order to achieve a certain training goal.Whether the teaching mode is constructed reasonably directly affects the teaching effect.This paper takes the development of vocational ability as the teaching idea a nd the cultivation of"full personality"talents a s the g oal,a nd constructs a n educational model,which covers teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.
