摘要
法学在现代社会中承担着诸多职能,但与之相配套的传统法律知识体系教育仍具有较大局限性。为此必须要重视法律理论与实践的衔接,推进高校实践性法律教学。法律援助、法律诊所作为近年来法律实践领域涌现的创新形式,是对高校实践性法律教学的重要发展。推进实践性法律教学,可从整合法律诊所与法律援助平台、创新教学评价模式、师资队伍建设等三个维度予以着手。
The Science of lawplays many functions in modern society,but the education of traditional legal knowledge system aiming at matching with law still has great limitations.Therefore,we must attach importance to the reasonable connection between legal theory and practice,and promote the practical legal teaching in colleges and universities.Legal aid and legal clinic,as the innovative forms emerging in the field of legal practice in recent years,are the important development of practical legal teaching in colleges and universities.To promote practical legal teaching,we should integrate legal clinic and legal aid platform,innovate teaching evaluation mode,and building an excellent teaching staff.
