手工钻孔过程中手部抖动对CFRP钻孔质量的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了手的抖动与CFRP材料制孔质量之间的关系,利用麻花钻和三尖钻进行试验,对比分析了两种钻头在入口区、中间区和出口区手的抖动、切削力和切削温度的变化差异,并利用显微镜对两种钻头的孔出入口质量进行观测。研究结果表明:在入口区手部抖动最为剧烈,中间区和出口区较平稳;相比三尖钻,麻花钻手的抖动程度更小、切削力变化更加平稳、所产生的切削温度更低,并且在孔入口毛刺、孔出口撕裂缺陷上均小于三尖钻,因此麻花钻更适合CFRP材料的手动钻孔。 The relationship between the hand jitter and hole-making quality of CFRP materials was studied.Twist drills and three-point drills were used to conduct experiments,and the differences in hand jitter,cutting force,and cutting temperature between the two types of drills in the entry area,middle area,and exit area were compared and analyzed.The microscope was used to observe the quality of the entrance and exit of the holes drilled by the two types of drills.The research results show that the hand jitter is most severe in the entrance area,and the middle and exit areas are relatively stable.Compared with the three-point drill,the twist drill has less jitter,the cutting force changes more smoothly,the resulting cutting temperature is lower,and the burr at the hole entrance and the tear defect at the hole exit are smaller than the three-point drill.Therefore,twist drills are more suitable for manual drilling of CFRP materials.
