摘要
根据《中国汽车工程学会巴哈大赛规则》设计赛车车架,建立车架三维模型,利用ANSYS对车架进行强度、刚度以及模态分析,验证模型的正确性;在验证第一次模型满足设计要求的基础上,基于响应面法对车架进行优化,减轻了车架重量,并对改进后的车架再次进行有限元分析,结果表明改进是成功的。
According to the Chinese Academy of Automotive Engineering Baha Competition Rules,design a racing frame,establish a three-dimensional model of the frame,and use ANSYS to perform strength,stiffness and modal analysis on the frame to verify the correctness of the model.On the basis of verifying that the first model meets the design requirements,the frame was optimized based on the response surface method to reduce the weight of the frame,and the finite element analysis of the improved frame was performed again.The results showed that the improvement was successful.
