摘要
随着光伏电池制造技术的发展,光伏组件在线Ⅳ测试和不同组件比对测试的需求日益增加。设计了一种可自由组合扩展的光伏组件Ⅳ监测系统,可满足光伏组件的同步测试和比对测试需求。系统由基于RS485通信的光伏组件测试模块组成,通过计算机协同控制所有模块的Ⅳ测试,实现了某一光伏组件的测试和多个组件的同步测试。
With the development of photovoltaic cell manufacturing technology, the demand for online Ⅳ testing of photovoltaic modules and comparison testing of different modules is increasing. A photovoltaic module Ⅳ monitoring system that can be freely combined and expanded is designed to meet the synchronous testing and comparison testing requirements of photovoltaic modules. The system consists of photovoltaic module test modules based on RS485 communication. The Ⅳ test of all modules is controlled by the computer to achieve the test of a certain photovoltaic module and the simultaneous testing of multiple modules.
