纯电动压缩式垃圾车上装系统的节能研究

摘要 目前,纯电动压缩式垃圾车的生产厂家并未针对纯电动车底盘的特性改进设计上装控制系统,仍然沿用了传统燃油环卫车辆的液压泵恒速驱动控制方案,导致纯电动车的底盘优势未能充分发挥。通过对纯电动压缩式垃圾车上装液压系统的能耗进行分析,提出了根据具体工况来调节电机转速的控制方案。首先建立纯电动压缩式垃圾车上装液压系统的AMESim仿真模型,采用三次垃圾装载之后进行一次压缩的作业模式,对不同的装载时间间隔进行仿真。仿真结果表明:原方案下,上装系统作业能耗随装载间隔时间延长而增加,而在新的改进方案下,作业能耗与装载间隔时间无关,作业效率得到了提高。 At present,the manufacturers of pure electric compression garbage trucks have not improved the design of the upper body control system based on the characteristics of the pure electric vehicle chassis,and still use the constant speed drive control scheme of the hydraulic pumps of traditional fuel sanitation vehicles.As a result,the chassis advantage of pure electric car has not been fully utilized.Based on the analysis of the energy consumption of the hydraulic system mounted on the pure electric compression garbage truck,a control scheme for adjusting the motor speed according to the specific working conditions is proposed.Firstly,the AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic system of the pure electric compression garbage truck is established.The operation mode of one compression after three garbage loads is used to simulate different loading time intervals.The simulation results show that under the original scheme,the energy consumption of the upperstructure system increases with the increase of the loading interval time,while under the new improvement scheme,the operating energy consumption has nothing to do with the loading interval time,and the operating efficiency is improved.
