摘要
通过对两档自动变速箱的换挡机构组成与工作原理分析,说明变速箱中楔形换档机构的可行性和优越性。详细介绍了楔形换档执行机构的组成及工作原理,并利用ADAMS多体动力学分析软件对变速箱的升、降档进行动力学仿真,验证了其无动力中断换档特性,并在仿真过程中分析了变速箱换档执行机构的换档过程以及各零件的运转情况。
By analyzing the composition and working principle of the shift mechanism of the two-gear automatic transmission,the feasibility and superiority of the wedge-shaped gear shifting mechanism in the transmission are explained.The components and working principle of the wedge-shaped shift actuator are introduced in detail,and ADAMS multi-body dynamics analysis software is used to perform dynamic simulation of the gearbox upshift and downshift.The non-power interruption shift characteristics of the wedge-shaped shift actuator were verified,and the shift process of the gearbox shift actuator and the operation of each part were analyzed during the simulation.
