基于ANSYS的某型钢轨打磨车车架强度分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了钢轨打磨车的主要结构特点及技术参数,利用ANSYS建立了钢轨打磨车车架计算模型,根据EN 12663标准制定车架静强度和疲劳强度的计算工况,对车架的静强度和疲劳强度进行计算,并对计算结果进行了验证。计算结果表明:车架静强度和疲劳强度均满足标准要求。 This paper describes the main structural characteristics and technical parameters of the rail grinding train,and introduces the establishment of the finite element calculation model for train frame based on ANSYS.Based on EN 12663,the calculation conditions of static strength and fatigue strength of the frame are formulated.The static strength and fatigue strength of the frame are calculated,and the calculation results are confirmed.The results show that the static strength and fatigue strength of the frame reach the standard requirements.
