Establishment of General Electronic Library of Wind Turbine Products Based on PDM

针对零部件的通用化对风力发电机组产品开发、生产制造、采购、售后服务带来的巨大影响,提出了一种基于PDM系统的通用件电子仓库建设方法。详细论述了风力发电机组产品通用件的分类及设计方法、电子仓库的建立方法及其在三维设计环境中的应用。

Aiming at the huge impact of the generalization of parts on wind turbine product development,manufacturing,procurement,and after-sales service,a method for constructing a general-purpose electronic warehouse based on the PDM system was proposed.The classification and design methods of common parts of wind turbine products,the establishment method of electronic warehouse and its application in 3D design environment are discussed in detail.
