法兰缸体的柔性焊接工装设计

摘要 制药设备一般属于非标准化产品,焊接是制药设备制造的主要加工工艺,针对某企业系列制药设备的生产,设计能够实现Φ1044 mm~Φ1884 mm筒径、674 mm^1882 mm不同高度的法兰缸体柔性焊接工装,以减少径向焊接变形,保证焊接质量,提高焊接生产效率。 Pharmaceutical equipment generally belongs to non-standardized products.Welding is the main processing technology of pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing.Aiming at the production of a series of pharmaceutical equipment for an enterprise,the design can realize the flexible welding tooling of flanged cylinder with a barrel diameter between 1044 mm and 1884 mm and a height between 674 mm and 1882 mm to reduce radial welding deformation,ensure welding quality and improve welding production efficiency.
