双压区浓缩机密封装置的优化设计

摘要 针对以先进的制造技术和高效的洗涤效率得到广泛应用的双压区浓缩机在使用过程中频繁的出现密封损坏和严重漏油现象,对其密封装置进行了优化设计。将双压区浓缩机接触式密封改为非接触式密封,解决了双压区浓缩机漏油现象。 Aiming at the frequent occurrence of seal damage and severe oil leakage in the double pressure zone thickener,which has been widely used with advanced manufacturing technology and high-efficiency washing efficiency,the sealing device has been optimized.The contact seal of the double pressure zone thickener was changed to a non-contact seal,which solved the oil leakage phenomenon of the double pressure zone thickener.
