摘要
以某设备中含有非圆曲线的典型轴类零件为例,针对零件的结构特点,详细分析了零件的技术要求、加工路线、非圆曲线轮廓的加工方法以及关键工序的程序设计,并对加工过程中的问题进行了研究。提出的零件加工工艺设计、非圆曲线轮廓的程序编制方法可为同类零件加工提供借鉴和参考。
Taking the typical shaft parts with non-circular curves in a certain equipment as an example,according to the structural characteristics of the parts,the technical requirements of the parts,processing route,processing method of non-circular curve contour and program design of key procedures are analyzed in detail,and the problems in the processing process are studied.The proposed part processing technology design and non-circular curve contour programming method can provide reference and reference for similar part processing.
