摘要 利用PLC控制器的稳定性,结合大型物体升降原理,综合现场总线技术、测控技术,设计了一种基于西门子PLC控制器的大型物体同步升降控制系统,详细说明了系统硬件组成和软件设计。多个工程应用表明:基于PLC的大型物体同步升降控制系统自动化程度高、稳定可靠。 Using the stability of the PLC controller,combined with the lifting principle of large objects,combining fieldbus technology and measurement and control technology,a large-scale object synchronous lifting control system based on Siemens PLC controller was introduced,and the hardware composition and software design of the system were explained in detail.Several engineering applications have shown that the PLC-based large object synchronous lifting control system is highly automated,stable and reliable.
