摘要
针对大部分煤矿皮带运输机在运行时存在电机效率低、电能消耗大等问题,设计了一种基于PLC和变频器的变频控制系统,可对皮带运输机的煤流量进行实时监测,并通过电控系统的分析以带速风机与煤流量间的最佳匹配关系调节电机频率,实现运输机的变频运行和平滑调速。经实际运行测试,系统运行稳定,功能丰富,实现了自动节能控制。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of motor and large power consumption in the operation of most coal mine belt conveyors,a variable frequency control system based on PLC and inverter is designed.The system can monitor the coal flow of the belt conveyor in real time,and through the analysis of the electronic control system,adjust the motor frequency with the best matching relationship between the belt speed fan and the coal flow,and realize the variable frequency operation and smooth speed regulation of the conveyor.After actual running test,the system runs stably and has rich functions,and realizes automatic energy saving control.
