复合无机粉体简介及其在粉末涂料中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 硅微粉是一种综合性能极佳的粉末涂料用功能性填料,但因其莫氏硬度高、对生产设备的磨损大而限制了其规模化应用。通过选定提纯后的矿粉复配、熔融等工艺制备出一种不损伤涂料加工设备、莫氏硬度较低的复合无机粉体。测试了复合无机粉体的理化性质,并介绍了其在超耐候粉末涂料、透明粉末涂料和木纹转印粉末涂料中的应用情况。 Fine silicon powder is a kind of functional filler used in powder coatings with excellent comprehensive performance,but its large-scale application is limited because of its high mohs hardness and large wear on production equipment. In this paper,a kind of composite inorganic powder with low mohs hardness was prepared by the combination and melting of selected purified mineral powder,which dose not damage processing equipment. The physical and chemical properties of composite inorganic powders were tested and its application in weather resistant powder coatings,transparent powder coatings and wood grain transfer powder coatings was introduced.
