CATCH-LIFE China multi-center study for pre-acute-on-chronic liver failure:proof of concept and new thoughts

来源于中国14家三甲医院合计4000余例的前瞻性慢性肝病急性加重患者队列对目前的慢加急肝衰竭前期的概念进行了初步的验证。同时基于上述队列获取的循证医学证据提出了三种寻找ACLF早期阶段的思路。

Fourteen tertiary level hospitals of China has preliminary verified the current concept of pre-acute-on-chronic liver failure in a prospective cohort of 4000 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic liver disease.Corresponding to the evidence-based evidence by the above-mentioned cohort all together three kinds of ideas for finding the pre-ACLF are put forward.
