摘要
水轮机导水机构多采用钢对钢硬密封,密封面一旦破坏,密封效果将受到严重影响.采用软硬涂层并用的磨蚀防护方案,在高含沙河流上水电站的导水机构进行应用.结果表明,刚柔并济的磨蚀防护方案能够充分发挥不同磨蚀防护技术的优点,提高水轮机导水机构耐磨蚀性能,显著改善密封效果,延长机组大修周期,达到降低电站维修成本、节能降耗的目的.
Most gate operating mechanisms of turbines are equipped with steel-to-steel hard seal.Any damage to the sealing surface will seriously affect the sealing effect.The scheme of abrasion protection using both soft and hard coatings has been applied to the gate operating mechanisms of hydropower stations on the river with high sediment content.The results show that the scheme of abrasion protection using both soft and hard coatings can give full play to the advantages of different abrasion protection technologies,improve the abrasion resistance of gate operating mechanism of turbine,significantly improve the sealing effect,prolong the overhaul period of unit,and achieve the purposes of reducing the maintenance cost and the energy consumption of hydropower stations.
