摘要 中国石化镇海炼化分公司100万t/a乙烯装置依托2300万t/a炼油项目,积极拓展乙烯原料来源,并对原料结构进行优化调整,优化后石脑油原料占比降至39.3%,双烯与高附加值收率分别提至51.04%、62.71%,取得了较好的经济效益。但是调整后乙烯原料结构与装置初始设计有较大偏差,导致装置运行出现一些瓶颈。通过采取工艺管理、流程优化、装置适应性改造等措施,缓解了原料轻质化给装置带来的影响,对同类型企业具有一定的借鉴意义。 Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company(ZRCC)is working to expand and optimize ethylene feedstocks for the 1 million t/y ethylene plant based on the 23 million t/y refinery.The optimization has reduced the share of naphtha in feedstocks to 39.3%,and increased the ethylene/propylene output by 51.04%,and high-value products yield by 62.71%,achieving better profitability.However,after the adjustment,the structure of ethylene feedstocks is different from the initial design,resulting in some bottlenecks in plant operation concerning flexibility and severity.By adopting measures like operation management,process optimization and adaptive modification,the influence of cracking lighter feedstocks is alleviated,which is of reference significance to similar ethylene plants.
