摘要
将强制闪蒸技术和活塞式压缩机有机地结合,以理论和实践为基础,分析了该技术应用在低压热水再生蒸汽过程中的可行性以及经济性。经计算,使50 t/h的105℃低压热水连续产出2.82 t/h的0.2 MPa(A)、148℃过热蒸汽,全年可实现效益约148万元,远远超过在同等条件下应用有机朗肯发电技术和溴化锂制冷技术所产生的效益,具有较好的市场开发和应用前景。
Combining forced flash technology and piston compressor,this paper,based on technical theory and operation practice,gives a detailed analysis on the feasibility and economy of this process in steam regeneration with low-pressure hot water.Through calculation,when 2.82 t/h of 0.2 MPa(A)/148℃superheated steam is produced continuously from 50 t/h of 105℃low-pressure hot water,the annual benefit is about 1.5 million yuan,which far exceeds the benefits of organic Rankine power generation technology and lithium bromide refrigeration technology under the same conditions.Therefore it has good market development and application prospects.
