摘要
为进一步节能降耗,经对企业锅炉给水工艺流程分析,发现给水泵存在效率低、锅炉排烟温度高的问题,烟气热量仍有进一步回收的空间。改造增加了性能更加匹配的给水泵以及除盐水预热器,降低了烟气排放温度,节约了除盐水预热蒸汽量,年均节电192万kW·h,降低蒸汽消耗8000 t,年节省运行开支200余万元,实现了降本增效的目的。
In order to further save energy and reduce consumption,this paper analyzed the boiler water feed process,and found the problems of low efficiency of the water pump and high temperature of the boiler exhaust gas,as well as the room for further recovery of the flue-gas heat.In the modification,we added a new matching feed pump and a demineralized-water preheater,reduced the flue gas emission temperature,and changed the boiler water feed process to raise efficiency.The modification has reduced the amount of demineralized-water preheating steam,saved 1.92 million kW·h of electricity,8000 t of steam consumption,and more than 2 million yuan of operating cost annually,thus achieving the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency with low investment.
