摘要
在不更换电机的情况下,将现有结构简单、高效工作范围窄、运行效率低、强度低的空气冷却器风机叶片,更换为易更换、重量轻、强度高、节能效果好的高效机翼型叶片,并对18台空冷风机叶片进行试验性改造。现场实际应用证明,在保证空气冷却器风机能力条件下,风机运行平稳,噪声降低,节能率达到20%以上。电机功率保持不变的情况下,通风量比改造前提高,节能效果非常显著。
Since the existing fan blades of air cooler had some shortcomings like simple structure and shape,narrow range of high efficiency,low operating efficiency and low strength,an experimental modification was carried out to replace the fan blades for 18 air coolers with high-efficiency wing blades featuring easy changing,light weight,high strength and energy saving,without the need to replace the motor.The practical application shows that,when keeping the same capacity of the fan blower,the fan blower runs smoothly,with lower noise and higher energy efficiency of more than 20%.When keeping the motor power unchanged,the ventilation volume is higher than before the modification,also with significant energy efficiency.
