摘要
自2007年起,世界银行每两年公布一次物流绩效指数(Logistics Performance Index,LPI),反映了各国物流业成熟度及贸易便利化程度。我国物流绩效在海关效率,物流服务竞争力方面存在短板,排名长期无法突破世界前20位。在经济新常态下,应努力从物流这一"第三利润源"中寻找出口贸易增长突破口:对标世界一流水平,提升海关和边境管理效率;加快推进现代物流业信息系统的标准化建设;健全当前金融、保险协同服务体系,努力与现代物流和对外贸易新要求接轨。
The World Bank has been publishing Logistics Performance Index(LPI) once every two years since 2007,reflects the maturity of logistics industry and trade facilitation of various countries. There are short boards in China’s logistics performance, such as customs efficiency, logistics service competitiveness lead to the ranking out of the world’s top 20. Under the "New Normal" of economy, we should try our best to find a breakthrough in the growth of export trade from logistics as the "third profit source" : actively improving the level of customs and border management benchmarking the world-class level;accelerating the standardization construction of modern logistics information system;improving the current financial and insurance collaborative service system, and striving to meet the new requirements of modern logistics and foreign trade.
