"一带一路"倡议的提出为河南"人才优势"提供了历史性机遇,河南必须抓住这一历史机遇搭上"一带一路"的发展快车。欲实现这一目标必先在把握"一带一路"目标和要求的基础上弄清河南的"人才优势",以国际市场动向、世界前沿方向为引领;以优化教育结构、创新教育模式为手段实现与"一带一路"的有效对接。对于推动"一带一路"与河南协同发展具有重大的战略意义和世界价值。
The proposal of "Belt and Road" provides a historic opportunity for Henan’s "talent advantage", and Henan must seize this historic opportunity to catch the "Belt and Road" development express train. To achieve this goal, we must first grasp the "Belt and Road" objectives and requirements on the basis of a clear "talent advantage" in Henan, to the international market trends, leading the direction of the World Front;To optimize the educational structure, innovative education model as a means to achieve an effective "Belt and Road" docking. It is of great strategic significance and world value to promote the coordinated development of Belt and Road and Henan Province.
