A Study and Construction on A Characteristic Application-oriented Talent Training Model of International Business Major

我国本科高校国际商务专业的建设中,如何建立特色化应用型人才培养模式一直是待以探索与实践的问题。首先对本科高校国际商务专业应用型人才培养现状做出分析,而后阐述国际商务专业在特色化应用型人才培养方面的问题,最后提出专业特色化应用型人才培养模式构建的建议。

The establishment of a characteristic application-oriented talent training model has been an issue to be explored and practiced in the construction of international business major in undergraduate colleges and universities. This article first analyzes the current situation of applied talents’ cultivation for international business major, and then elaborates the problems of the cultivation in the major. It finally puts forward the suggestions for the construction of characteristic applied talent training model.
