摘要 需求分析是商务英语专业课程设计及人才培养方案设置的基础。当前研究主要基于学习者、教师及语言学家、行业专家等信息源,相对缺乏针对用人单位需求的研究。采用质性文本分析方法,以扎根理论为研究基础,以网站招聘广告文本为研究对象,参照《高等学校商务英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》要求,从知识、能力、素质三个维度出发,提出应通过构建多元化知识体系、强化复合型能力、增强职业意识与素养等路径来更好地满足社会需求。 Needs analysis is the basis of curriculum designing for business English program. The current research is mainly based on information sources such as learners, teachers and linguists, industry experts, etc., and there is a relatively lack of research on the needs of employers. Adopting the qualitative text analysis method, taking the grounded theory as the research basis, regarding the online recruitment advertisement text as the research subject, and referring to the requirements of the National Standards for Teaching Quality of Business English Program, this paper conducted research from the three dimensions of knowledge, ability and quality. It is suggested that social needs should be better met by constructing a diversified knowledge system, strengthening inter-disciplinary abilities, and enhancing career awareness and quality.
