半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床应用效果

Clinical Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in Treating Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选入患者为本院2019年1月-2019年8月期间收治,共计100例,以随机数字表法为分组标准将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)两组,对照组患者应用替普瑞酮胶囊治疗,观察组患者在此基础上应用半夏泻心汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、中医症候积分以及治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平的改善情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率是98%,比对照组患者78%的总有效率更高,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前中医症候评分及T淋巴细胞亚群水平接近,P>0.05,治疗后中医症候评分均明显下降,CD3、CD4、CD8指标下降,CD4/CD8水平上升,P<0.05,观察组患者各项指标的改善程度明显好于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论采用半夏泻心汤为慢性胃炎患者进行治疗,有助于帮助患者改善临床症状,提高疗效,具有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic gastritis.Methods The selected patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019.A total of 100 patients were divided into two groups:observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was treated with Teprenone capsules,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction for purging heart disease.The clinical effect,TCM symtom score and the improvement of tlymphocyte were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98%,higher than that of the control group(78%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,the TCM syndrome score and T-lymphocyte subsets of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score decreased significantly,the indexes of CD3,CD4 and CD8 decreased,and the level of CD4/CD8 increased(P<0.05).The improvement of the indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction for the treatment of chronic gastritis patients,help patients improve clinical symptoms,improve efficacy,with high clinical value.
