研究探讨导乐分娩护理对初产妇的临床应用效果

Study on the Clinical Effect of Doula Delivery Nursing on Primipara

目的研究探讨导乐分娩护理对初产妇的临床应用效果。方法选择本院于2016年7月-2019年7月三年内接收的1000例初产妇为研究对象。采用随机方法分为两组,其中500例作为对照组采用常规分娩护理,另外500例作为实验组采用导乐分娩护理。对两组产妇在护理完成后的具体数据,进行收集和分析。结果观察组的剖宫产率为31.8%,产后出血情况(92.2±2.4)m L,顺产率(68.2%)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本院初产妇在进行分娩时,使用导乐分娩护理,可以有效地提升产妇的顺产率并降低产后出血情况。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of doula delivery nursing on parturient women.Methods 1000 cases of primipara were received in the hospital within 3 years from July 2016 to July 2019 as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups by random method,of which 500 were used as the control group for routine delivery care,and another 500 were used as the experimental group for doula delivery care.Specific data of two groups of parturient women after the completion of nursing were collected and analyzed.Results The cesarean section rate of the observation group was 31.8%,postpartum hemorrhage(92.2±2.4)mL,and the natural birth rate(68.2%),which were significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Doula delivery nursing can effectively improve parturient birth rate and reduce postpartum hemorrhage.
