个体化护理干预在甲状腺癌术后护理中的应用体会

Application Value of Individualized Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Nursing of Patients With Thyroid Cancer

目的探讨在甲状腺癌术后护理中应用个体化护理干预的价值。方法将肿瘤科60例甲状腺癌手术患者(2018年1月-2019年4月)纳入研究,用计算机进行随机分组,分为常规组(n=30)、个体化组(n=30),对常规组实施常规护理,对个体化组应用个体化护理干预,分析恢复状况、并发症及生活质量。结果个体化组护理后术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间、术后3 d VAS评分、术后并发症发生率与常规组组间对比更低,个体化组术后1 d、术后2 d EORTC QLQ-C3评分与常规组组间对比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌患者术后护理中应用个体化护理干预可促进恢复,减少并发症,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the value of applying individualized nursing intervention in postoperative care of patients with thyroid cancer.Methods Sixty patients with thyroid cancer surgery in the oncology department(from January 2018 to April 2019)were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups by computer:the routine group(n=30)and the individualized group(n=30).Routine care was performed on the routine group,individualized nursing interventions were applied to the individualized group,and the recovery status,complications,and quality of life were analyzed.Results The time to get out of bed,the postoperative hospital stay,the postoperative 3 days VAS score,and the postoperative complication rate were lower in the individualized group than in the routine group.The EORTC QLQ-C3 score was higher in the individualized group 1 day after surgery and 2 days after surgery,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of individualized nursing interventions in postoperative care of patients with thyroid cancer can promote recovery,reduce complications,and improve quality of life.
