流程化护理在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果

Application Effect of Process Nursing in Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的探析流程化护理在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年3月-4月入院进行无痛胃肠镜的患者208例,将这208例分为每组104例的观察组和对照组。对照组采用一般护理模式,观察组则进行流程化护理模式,比较两组患者在做无痛胃肠镜检查期间出现的焦虑不安和不愿意配合的患者所占的比例数,检查时间、麻醉药使用剂量、呼吸抑制发生率。研究结束后观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组研究对象在进行流程化护理模式下出现焦虑不安和不愿意配合的患者例数明显低于对照组出现焦虑不安和不愿意配合的患者例数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者检查时间、麻醉药使用剂量、呼吸抑制发生率明显也低于对照组的检查时间、麻醉药使用剂量、呼吸抑制发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的并发症低于对照组患者的并发症的发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用流程化护理模式能够有效帮助患者克服胃肠镜检查带来的恐惧,减少患者麻醉药使用剂量,缩短检查时间,减少呼吸抑制发生率,安全性较高,效果更为理想,为患者带来益处。

Objective To explore the application effect of process nursing in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 208 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the hospital from March to April 2018 were enrolled.The 208 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group of 104 patients in each group.The control group was used the general nursing mode,and the observation group was performed the process nursing mode to compare the proportion of patients who were anxious and unwilling to cooperate during painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,examination time,anesthesia dose of the drug and the incidence of respiratory depression.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed after the study.Results The number of patients with anxiety and unwillingness to cooperate under process nursing mode in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of examination time,the dose of anesthetic,and the incidence of respiratory depression were also significantly lower than the examination time length,the dose of anesthetic,and the incidence of respiratory depression of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of complications,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of process nursing mode can effectively help patients overcome the fear caused by gastrointestinal endoscopy,reduce the dose of anesthetic used by patients,shorten the examination time,reduce the incidence of respiratory depression,and have higher safety and better effect and bring benefits.
