政治关联对创业板企业创新效率的影响研究——基于DEA模型的分析

Research on the Influence of Political Connections on the Innovation Efficiency of GEM Enterprises:Based on the Analysis of DEA Model

文章以2014-2017年我国创业板上市公司为研究对象,利用DEA模型和多元回归分析,探究创业板企业存在政治关联与否对企业创新效率的影响。研究结果表明:政治关联与企业创新效率呈显著的正相关关系,存在政治关联的企业技术创新效率更高。进一步对研究样本进行蒙特卡洛检验,验证了回归结果的稳健性,证明了上述结论的正确性。政策启示:虽然政治关联的存在在一定程度上有利于企业发展,但企业在发展过程中,不能为了追求与政府建立联系而占用创新资源,应合理寻求和利用政治关联,提高企业技术创新效率。

Taking the GEM listed companies from 2014 to 2017 as the research object,the DEA model and multiple regression analysis are used to explore the influence of political connections on the innovation efficiency of GEM enterprises.The research results show that political connection has a significant positive correlation with the efficiency of enterprise innovation,and enterprises with political connections have a higher technological innovation efficiency.At the same time,the Monte Carlo test is carried out on the research samples to verify the robustness of the regression results and prove the correctness of the above conclusions.The policy inspiration of this paper is that although the existence of political connection is beneficial to the development of enterprises to a certain extent,in the process of development,Chinese enterprises cannot blindly pursue innovative resources in order to establish connections with the government.They should reasonably seek and utilize political connections to improve enterprise technology innovation efficiency.
