摘要 金属学及热处理原理课程是金属材料相关专业的专业核心课程,实验对课堂理论教学有重要的支撑作用.针对目前课程实验较少的教学现状,增添了钢的热处理组织观察和分析模拟实验,采用Deform系统中的热处理模块,在电脑中模拟不同热处理工艺条件下不同钢种的显微组织,并进行了部分工艺的实际样品验证.实验的开设提高了学生对课程学习的热情,使得学生更全面地学习和理解热处理工艺,同时,对原有实验的教学方式也进行了改进,对课堂教学和理论教学均起到了促进作用. The course of metal science and heat treatment principle is the core course of metal material related majors,and the experiment plays an important supporting role in classroom theoretical teaching.In view of the current teaching situation of less experiments in the course,the simulation experiment of"observation and analysis of heat treatment structure of steel"is added.By using the heat treatment module in deform system,the microstructure of different steel grades under different heat treatment process conditions is simulated in computer,and the actual samples of some processes are verified.The opening of the experiment improves the students'enthusiasm for learning the course and makes them learn and understand the heat treatment process more comprehensively.At the same time,the original teaching method of the experiment has also been improved,which promotes the classroom teaching and theoretical teaching.
