This paper takes regional entrepreneurship as the research object,analyzes the core connotation and appearance of Hengyang entrepreneur's entrepreneurship in the context of supply-side reform,and proposes targeted measures to enhance entrepreneurship in order to meet the national supply-side reform and to promote economic development in Hengyang.
